Numerical analysis on torsional behavior of rectangular and square CFDST members

چکیده

This paper numerically investigated the behavior of rectangular and square concrete-filled double skin steel tubular (CFDST) members under torsion. The finite element model CFDST was established verified against test results for cyclic torque. comparison analysis experiment show that comprehensive can accurately predict torsional members. Parametric analyses by using calibrated were conducted to investigate influence various parameters, such as hollow ratio, concrete strength, yield strength cross-sectional consumption tubes on Based mechanical regression methods, design formula proposed capacity predicting has good accuracy.
